Carrie Hayter Consulting work with disability, aged care and health care agencies to transform the way they plan and deliver their services. We assist our clients to put the people who use social care services at the centre of their supports and funding.

Our philosophy
Everything that we do is informed by a human rights and active ageing framework that promotes the inclusion of people in their communities. To put our ideas into practice, we work with everyone involved in the social care system – people who use social care, practitioners, front-line staff, policy makers, researchers and leaders. This philosophy is reflected in the education courses, workshops, books, writing, resources, presentations, strategic planning, research and evaluation we produce.
